WHERE ARE YOU BASED AND DO YOU TRAVEL?
We live in pokey little house just outside Gloucester, which is in the middle of the Cotswolds in the UK. It’s pretty here. And there are sheep. And yes, we love to travel! It’s so exciting that our work takes us to new places and on all sorts of adventures. We regularly work all over the UK, would totally love to work abroad. Our pricing for work outside mainland UK is bespoke, so get in touch, and we can have a chat and go from there.
HOW MANY IMAGES DO WE GET AND WHEN?
You’ll receive the minimum included in your chosen package, (at least 400) but it can often be more. We don’t like to feel like we have a quota to meet, and it kinda depends on what you have planned for the day. Processing of your images takes about 4 weeks. On the day after the wedding we’ll pick some favourites and post these on our Facebook page as a sneak peek.
WHAT CAN WE DO WITH THE IMAGES?
Almost anything! Sure, we remain the copyright holders, but your images are released to you under licence, so they can be shared and printed as much as you like. They will be high resolution and without any ugly watermarks. The only thing you can’t do is use them commercially, such as selling them to a stock agency, entering them into a competition as your own work or in other ways selling them for your own profit. Not cool. On the upside though, your other wedding suppliers will often be interested in using the images on their website, and in most cases we are more than happy to help them out with this! All we ask is that they get in contact with us directly so we can to agree terms of use and stuff.
ARE YOU FULLY INSURED?
Yes oh yes. We have both insurance for our own equipment, as well as full public liability insurance upto £5million. Which is loads. We strongly recommend you also consider wedding insurance; this protects you and your money against supplier failure, cancellation under certain conditions and other things that could cause you to be out of pocket. Peace of mind is awesome.

HOW DO YOU WORK ON THE DAY?
We totally love to work together, so you get both of us! That’s Chris as main photographer and Helen as second photographer, assistant and general wedding day helper. It works great that way, and helps to capture every part of your day and cover the important bits from two different angles. We usually start the day split up so we can cover everyone getting ready, even if you are in two different places. We’ll then join up at the ceremony and then work together, right though until you sit down to eat. We’ll take a short break too, munch some food, then carry on until past the first dance and have a boogie ourselves before having a round of hugs and heading on home.
CAN WE MEET WITH YOU BEFORE GOING AHEAD?
Oh yes hopefully more than once! Meetings can take place within 50mile radius of Gloucester, so if you’re ever near us in the Cotswolds, great! From January 2015, due to a very busy shoot schedule, we can’t organise weekend meetings, but we could arrange a Skype chat or old fashioned phone call with you instead.
HOW DO WE BOOK?
To book us, we just require payment of a non-refundable £200 deposit and our completed booking form, which is all signed online. (No paper! Yay!) The final balance is due on the 1st of the month prior to your wedding day, but don’t worry we’ll give you a reminder nearer the time.
